No, anyone can sell our items.  They were created for not for profits but anyone can sell them.

No.  Any profit made off selling our items can be used however you would like.

You are responsible for charging, collecting, and remitting any sales tax as the order is happening on your site.  We are just shipping the item out.

– If your customer purchases just one of our items you will be charged a $3.00 pick fee.
– If your customer purchases two items you will be charged a $3.00 pick fee plus $.50 for each additional item. So that would be $3.50.   If they purchased 3 of our items then it would be $4.00 pick fee.

Yes, we do accept returns. We will not deal with your customer.  You need to have the return sent to you.  You will then return the item to us.  We will charge a $2.00 restocking fee plus $.50 for each additional item.  If your customer returns 2 items there will be a $2.50 fee.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We ship same day (Mon-Fri) if the order has been received AND paid by 1:00 pm. EST.  If it is after 1:00 pm it will ship out the next day. If there is a urgent order, we suggest that you call or message us in the portal and we will make every effort to ship it out that day.

We do offer expedited shipping services including Saturday delivery.

Blind shipping means that there will be nothing in the package that has our name on it.  We will ship out a generic packing slip and use a generic shipping label.  So the customer will not know the item is coming from us.

In our portal there is a feature called a wallet.  When a order comes into us, we will send you a wallet request that will have a invoice.  You will need to go in and pay the invoice.  Once the invoice is paid we will ship the order out.  You can pay by credit card, wire transfer, paypal.

All items will be shipped from our 15,000 square foot warehouse located in Tampa, FL.    

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
